About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chef to lead our kitchen team at Corbett and Claude. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the kitchen, ensuring high-quality food production, and maintaining a safe and healthy work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and motivate a team of chefs and kitchen staff to achieve exceptional food quality and presentation.
  • Develop and implement menus, recipes, and cooking techniques to ensure consistency and excellence.
  • Monitor food costs, inventory, and labor expenses to maintain profitability.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety and health regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Kitchen Manager or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of kitchen operations, including food preparation, presentation, and service.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Knowledge of food safety and health regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.
