Job Description
  • We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Luxury Event Planner to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordination of event logistics including venue sourcing and supplier coordination.
  • Manage RSVP systems and guest communications, ensuring seamless execution of events.
  • Production of event administration documents, maintaining timelines and accuracy.
  • Support the team onsite at events, providing exceptional customer service.
Requirements
  • Minimum one year's experience in a related role, preferably in the luxury market.
  • Exceptional organisational and time-management skills, with ability to multitask efficiently.
  • Excellent communication skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suites.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working in premium dining or hospitality environments.
