We are seeking a visionary leader to drive revenue growth and nurture high-value clients in the luxury retail market.

  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in commercial retail leadership, preferably in luxury, fine watchmaking, or hospitality, is required. Strong business acumen and an understanding of the luxury consumer's engagement drivers are essential.
  • The ideal candidate must be a strategic thinker with excellent leadership skills and the ability to adapt quickly to changing environments. They should be able to develop and implement effective plans to drive sales and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategies for brand awareness, reputation, and signature identity across all touchpoints.
  • Build strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders to drive sales and growth.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives and foster a culture of excellence.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of the luxury market and stay up-to-date on industry trends.
