Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Case Coordinator Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for applying evidence-based case management practices to individuals at medium or high risk of reoffending.

This role involves using case management practices to actively engage individuals and ensure responsive, targeted interventions to reduce their risk of reoffending.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and evaluate factors that relate to individual offending behaviour.
  • Motivate and influence individuals in the case management process.
  • Produce detailed reports and other standard documents in line with procedural guidelines.
  • Monitor individual's compliance against order requirements.

About You:
  • You must demonstrate assertiveness and confidence in dealing with individuals exhibiting challenging behaviours.
  • You should build positive working relationships and enjoy working in a small, close-knit team.
  • You need to have an understanding of case management practices relating to complex individuals.
  • You must practice modelling pro-social behaviours and motivate those around you.
  • You should pay attention to words, expression and body language; recognise behaviours that promote a culture of inclusion.
