IT Support Technician

We are seeking a skilled and resourceful IT Support Technician to join our team. As an IT Support Technician, you will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support and assistance to clients via phone, email, and in-person meetings.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, software, and hardware.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in Computer Science or related field preferred.
  • At least 1 year of experience in IT support or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
