
Technical Training Specialist

About This Role
This is a Motor Technical Training position that focuses on enhancing the skills and knowledge of the assessing team. The goal is to ensure they are fully trained and equipped to deliver high-quality outcomes.
This role supports our objectives of delivering exceptional service while contributing to the continuous growth and development of our team.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver tailored training modules that cater to varying levels of experience and expertise within the team.
- Incorporate blended learning approaches to leverage digital induction programs.
- Collect and analyze feedback from trainees and their managers to refine and adjust training programs as required.
- Implement training programs that equip learners with the right skills to respond to internal and external changes.
- Optimize the Quality Framework Audit process to provide upskilling opportunities and recognize areas for improvement.
- Provide ongoing training support at various locations or on-road to ensure all employees have access to the training they need.
- Provide additional training support for external ICAR training courses (where accredited).
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Trade qualification in Panel beating / Spray Painting.
- Certificate IV Vehicle Loss Assessing (preferred but not essential).
- Experience with Google Workspace (or similar platforms).
- Certificate IV in Training & Assessment (preferred but not essential).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Computer literate with estimating platforms or AUDANET preferred.
- Strong planning and organizational ability.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
