About This Role

This is a Motor Technical Training position that focuses on enhancing the skills and knowledge of the assessing team. The goal is to ensure they are fully trained and equipped to deliver high-quality outcomes.

This role supports our objectives of delivering exceptional service while contributing to the continuous growth and development of our team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver tailored training modules that cater to varying levels of experience and expertise within the team.
  • Incorporate blended learning approaches to leverage digital induction programs.
  • Collect and analyze feedback from trainees and their managers to refine and adjust training programs as required.
  • Implement training programs that equip learners with the right skills to respond to internal and external changes.
  • Optimize the Quality Framework Audit process to provide upskilling opportunities and recognize areas for improvement.
  • Provide ongoing training support at various locations or on-road to ensure all employees have access to the training they need.
  • Provide additional training support for external ICAR training courses (where accredited).

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Trade qualification in Panel beating / Spray Painting.
  • Certificate IV Vehicle Loss Assessing (preferred but not essential).
  • Experience with Google Workspace (or similar platforms).
  • Certificate IV in Training & Assessment (preferred but not essential).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Computer literate with estimating platforms or AUDANET preferred.
  • Strong planning and organizational ability.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills.
