Key Responsibilities

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Sous Chef with previous experience as a senior chef within a high-volume, quality-focused restaurant. You will be hands-on, managing, inspiring, and motivating your team while liaising with various stakeholders, including senior-level management. Your advanced time management, organizational, and task delegation skills will ensure the smooth operation of the kitchen.

Requirements

We require:

  • An experienced Sous Chef.
  • Experience in high-end volume operations recognized for culinary excellence.
  • Expert knowledge in Asian cuisine.
  • Assist the kitchen team in maintaining quality, standards, and cleanliness.
  • Advanced team-building skills to ensure seamless operation in a high-expectation environment.
  • Ability to cope well under pressure to exceed guest expectations.
  • Creative, passionate, and enthusiastic.
  • Knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards.
  • Full Australian working rights.
