About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Banking Consultant to join our team at Westfield Parramatta NSW. As a key member of our Retail Banking team, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth.

As a Banking Consultant, you will be responsible for providing customers with a seamless banking experience, meeting their end-to-end financial needs, and educating them on digital solutions. You will work collaboratively with our team to achieve significant uplifts in customer engagement and advocacy, creating real customer value.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide customers with a seamless branch experience by meeting their end-to-end banking needs.
  • Act as a role model and peer coach to deliver the best possible customer experience.
  • Contribute to a significant uplift in customer engagement and advocacy, creating real customer value.
  • Actively participate in and support bank programs and initiatives.
  • Take responsibility to 'know your customer' from a risk perspective.
  • Ensure compliance with ANZ and branch policies and procedures.

  • Exceptional customer focus - retail experience is an advantage.
  • Experience in being a user and promoter of technology - working knowledge in using different digital channels is an advantage.
  • Ability to multi-task and highly adaptable to change and ambiguity.
  • Willingness to work in a collaborative team environment.
  • Sound understanding of compliance.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
