We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Swim Instructor to join our team at the Parramatta Aquatic Centre. As a Swim Instructor, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality aquatic education and water safety programs to students of all ages and skill levels.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver swimming lessons to students in a safe and supportive environment
- Develop and implement lesson plans that cater to the needs of students
- Evaluate student progress and adjust lesson plans accordingly
- Organize and maintain teaching equipment
- Assist in promoting a customer-oriented environment
- Promote teamwork and communication through collaborative work practices
- Current Australian Swimming & Water Safety qualification
- Current CPR Certificate
- NSW Working with Children Check
- Experience in swim teaching/coaching at all levels from Infants to Squads
- First aid certificate
- Current Australian Teacher of Infant & Preschool qualification
- Current Australian Teacher of Access & Inclusion qualification
- Current Australian Teacher of Adult qualification
- Current Australian Teacher of Competitive Strokes qualification
- Pool Lifeguard qualification
- Attractive hourly rate of $31.13 plus 25% casual loading and weekend penalty rates
- Central Parramatta location (public transport at our door)
