Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute customer success plans to drive retention, growth, and adoption of N-able products.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their business needs and goals.
  • Provide strategic business reviews and deliver value conversations to customers.
  • Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities through upsell and cross-sell initiatives.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experiences.
Requirements:
  • 4-5 years of experience in customer success, account management, sales, or customer service in software, technology, or managed services.
  • Strong business and commercial acumen, with ability to understand customer needs and goals.
  • Results-driven mindset, with a passion for excellence and customer satisfaction.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
