As a Customer Growth Strategist:
- You'll lead proactive account growth, focusing on both acquiring new business and minimizing erosion in renewals.
- Your strategic mindset will be crucial in developing and executing innovative account strategies to grow and retain our company's most valuable accounts. You'll identify new opportunities, build relationships with key decision-makers, and deliver tailored solutions.
- You will work closely with the sales team to ensure a seamless management process from initial prospecting to closing deals. You will manage one or more Portfolio or Strategic accounts, generate new opportunities, and expand existing work.
- By building a strong go-to-market pipeline with our partners, you'll drive our company to new heights.
- Your industry expertise will keep our company ahead of the curve. You'll provide innovative solutions, positioning us as a market leader.
- As the owner of the account P&L, you'll ensure customer satisfaction and compliance, maintaining a stellar reputation.

Required Skills and Experience
- More than 10 years of experience managing account P&L within the Financial Services industry.
- Experience working with services companies, system integrators, or complex services platform providers.
- Deep understanding of business and technology trends and industry best practices.
- Extensive experience managing the sales process end-to-end.
- Proven track record in revenue growth, cost management, profitability, and risk assessment.
- Open-minded and empathetic approach to customer relationships.
