We are seeking a skilled Marketing and Growth Strategist to join our team in North Sydney. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a global business that's at the forefront of innovation in hearing care solutions.

About the Role

This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires a solid background in complex services marketing, preferably in healthcare. The ideal candidate will have strong skills across all channels, including traditional, digital, and customer call centers.

The successful candidate will be responsible for crafting customer journeys, maximizing lead generation, collaborating with global and local teams, and implementing a new CRM system. They will also use their data skills to create effective customer segmentation and drive marketing campaign success with an omnichannel approach.

Key Responsibilities
  • Crafting Customer Journeys: Utilize data to create meaningful customer journeys that resonate with our diverse customer base and drive revenue growth.
  • Maximizing Lead Generation: Develop and execute impactful marketing campaigns across various channels, including traditional mail, email, SMS, and through the customer care team.
  • Collaborative Success: Work closely with both global and local teams to hit revenue targets, contributing to dynamic marketing team planning.
  • CRM System Implementation: Support the phased rollout of a new CRM system (Microsoft Dynamics), ensuring smooth integration and utilization.
  • Data-Driven Segmentation: Use your data skills (Power BI proficiency highly regarded) to create effective customer segmentation and build clear customer journeys.
  • Omnichannel Campaigns: Drive marketing campaign success with an omnichannel approach, analyzing campaign effectiveness and marketing ROI.
  • Engaging Communications: Design and execute all customer communications to foster engagement, upsell, and repurchase.
  • Retail Performance: Enhance day-to-day retail performance through strategic data use, SMART strategies, and flawless execution.
About You

The ideal candidate will have a strong sales mindset, excellent internal stakeholder management skills, and a collaborative mindset. They will also be agile, with high attention to detail and exceptional process and time management skills.
