We are seeking a highly skilled professional to oversee the implementation, communication, and monitoring of compensation and rewards programs across AUNZ.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering global and local compensation initiatives, supporting global rewards processes, and ensuring compliance with Total Rewards guidelines.
- Develop and implement compensation strategies aligned with the Global Total Rewards framework.
- Collaborate with HR to ensure consistent application of compensation practices.
- Provide guidance on exceptions to standard compensation guidelines.
Key responsibilities include:
- Implementing compensation and rewards programs that align with business objectives.
- Communicating program details to stakeholders, including employees, managers, and HR.
- Monitoring program effectiveness and making adjustments as needed.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze market data and trends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present complex information to various stakeholders.
- Experience working with compensation programs, preferably in a global or regional capacity.
- A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
