
Residential Community Lead

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Community Leader to join our team in shaping the future of retirement living.
This part-time role is responsible for providing exceptional service to Retirement Village contract holders, supporting their wellbeing, independence, and sense of connection. The successful candidate will have strong organisational and time management skills, as well as excellent communication and conflict resolution abilities.
The ideal candidate will be someone who brings a calm and professional approach to this important role, with a genuine desire to support older people to live well and independently.
Main Responsibilities:
- Provide respectful, person-centred service to Retirement Village contract holders.
- Support residents' wellbeing, independence, and sense of connection.
- Liaise with internal teams to coordinate maintenance and refurbishment works.
- Manage records, correspondence, and reporting using organisation systems.
- Foster an inclusive, respectful, and harmonious community culture.
- Participate in budget planning and support annual meetings with residents.
