About Our Valuation Role
Our team is seeking a skilled Valuer to provide high-quality valuation reports in a timely and accurate manner for our clients.
Main Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough valuations of residential properties, utilising analytical skills and attention to detail
- Maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders through excellent communication and business development skills
- Meet deadlines while ensuring quality and accuracy of work, staying up-to-date with industry developments and best practices
Required Qualifications and Skills:
- Degree in Business (Property) or equivalent qualifications
- CPV status combined with significant experience in residential valuation
- Strong customer service, stakeholder management, and communication skills
