**Job Description**

">Residential Community Manager: We are seeking an experienced and skilled professional to lead our residential community team in fostering a safe, vibrant, and supportive living environment for young people. Your primary role will be to develop and implement initiatives that promote positive behaviour change among residents, while also managing a casework framework that ensures timely, compassionate, and effective responses to incidents and concerns.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in behavioural management, community support, and legislative frameworks. You will be responsible for leading a team of dedicated professionals, working collaboratively to provide responsive and effective support to residents. Your excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills will enable you to build strong relationships with residents, staff, and external partners, ensuring a cohesive and supportive community.



In this critical role, you will be expected to:

  2. Develop and implement strategies to prevent incidents and address concerns proactively;
  3. Manage and resolve complex cases in a fair, efficient, and respectful manner;
  4. Lead team members in their roles, providing guidance, coaching, and performance feedback to ensure they meet expectations;
  5. Evaluate and improve the effectiveness of incident response and community concern management processes;
  6. Foster partnerships with relevant departments to ensure seamless referrals and support for residents.
