As a Junior HR Business Partner, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our Field HR Business Partner to ensure processes and initiatives are effectively in place to accelerate business performance. You will be the main point of contact for employees, providing HR generalist support, administration, and policy advice.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide HR generalist support, administration, and policy advice to employees.
  • Be the first point of contact for Area managers in Employee Relations matters.
  • Coordinate field travel arrangements and work closely with the Training Team for Inductions and Onboarding.
  • Support Field management in following up on probationary and performance reviews, licence updates for health care professionals, and other relevant documents.
  • Collaborate with Sales team to support day-to-day activities from HR.
  • Facilitate HR communications and reporting, drafting presentations for monthly meetings.
  • Proactively engage with Field Management to assess organisational capabilities and coordinate with relevant stakeholders to address identified gaps.
  • Ensure execution and adherence to Amplifon HR principles, practices, and policies.
  • Support developing and/or updating forms, templates, auditing, and maintaining of workforce planning for the field team.
  • Support the Senior HRBP in providing detailed advice on Employee Relations/Industrial Relations, interpreting Enterprise Agreements, modern awards, Fair Work Act, and the National Employment Standards.
