Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Program Supervisor to join our Behaviour Support and Therapy team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in shaping children's lives through innovative programming.

This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic individual who is passionate about making a difference in the lives of others. As a Program Supervisor, you will have the autonomy to craft and execute individualised behaviour support and skill development plans for diverse clients.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Strategic Navigator: Assess, design, and monitor comprehensive treatment plans for clients ranging from children to adults in various settings.
  2. Visionary Leadership: Lead and inspire a team of behaviour therapists by conducting regular clinical meetings, workshops, and coaching sessions.
  3. Collaborative Influencer: Collaborate closely with the Speech and Language Therapy team to ensure a holistic approach to communication and behaviour interventions.
  4. Data-Driven Excellence: Conduct rigorous skills assessments and functional behaviour analyses using assessment tools such as VB-MAPP, ABLLS, PEAK, and more.
  5. Innovation and Education: Drive innovation by supporting the clinical leadership team in designing and executing small group programs, leveraging evidence-based practices.
  6. Professional Growth: Take charge of the professional development of team members, including Behaviour Team Interns and Registered Behaviour Technicians.
