National Program Executive

This role plays a pivotal part in supporting the National Program Manager and field management team in delivering operational processes, procedures, and program data inputs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage operational processes and procedures to ensure efficient and effective field and client timelines are met.
  • Ensure timelines agreed between clients and the field team are adhered to and monitored closely.
  • Work collaboratively with Business Intelligence teams to deliver outcomes on time.
  • Manage end-to-end processes for field team recruitment, ensuring seamless integration and high-quality hires.
  • Tactical project management expertise is required to drive projects forward.
  • Partner with the National Program Manager to develop and implement minimum reporting standards, providing valuable insights and recommendations.
  • Analyze trends and patterns in data, providing actionable insights to inform business decisions.
  • Program operations reporting – weekly, monthly, quarterly, and at other times as needed.
About You:
  • At least 2 years' experience in client-facing roles focused on sales or account management.
  • Previous field or retail experience will be highly regarded.
  • Demonstrated ability to resolve issues, adapt to change, and refine processes to improve efficiency.
  • Strong IT skills, particularly in MS Office, especially Excel.
  • Tableau exposure is a plus.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and manage time wisely.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • A strong attention to detail is essential.
