Lead Program Director

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our Sydney office as the Lead Program Director. This role requires a proven leader with experience in international educational exchange, program management, or a related higher education setting.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Oversight of all aspects of the office, including program planning, delivery, staff management, financial management, student services, and marketing and brand management.
  • Leadership – Proven ability to build and lead a team through operational, programmatic, and student affairs issues in a constantly changing environment.
  • Staff management – Demonstrated ability to manage the performance of others and deliver strong results, through successful recruitment, training, development, goal setting, delegation, and performance evaluation.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of five years' experience in a leadership role within study abroad, international educational exchange, or a related higher education setting.
  • A Ph.D. or a Master's degree or international equivalent is required.
  • Leadership skills, staff management skills, financial management skills, and knowledge of academic culture are essential.
