Shape the future of leadership at your organisation. As a Leadership Advisor, you will be part of the Enterprise Learning team that empowers leaders through innovative solutions.Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner with vendors to ensure leadership programs align with organisational strategy, managing schedules, communications, and reporting metrics.
  • Design and deliver engaging leadership learning experiences, applying adult learning principles and various instructional techniques.
  • Monitor program performance, evaluate outcomes, and implement improvements to enhance participation, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
  • Collaborate on the development of organisational leadership strategy and provide insights on emerging trends.
  • Support talent management initiatives.
Requirements:
  • Tertiary qualifications in Learning, Organisational Development, HR, or equivalent (desired).
  • Demonstrated experience managing vendors to deliver best-practice leadership development and facilitating virtual and in-person learning programs.
  • Expertise in adult learning principles, group dynamics, program evaluation, and stakeholder collaboration.
  • Advanced understanding of leadership capability-building approaches and the ability to connect learning solutions to business strategy.
  • Experience in Talent Management in complex organisations.
