Business Support Officer

With a history spanning over 70 years, our manufacturing client has established itself as a prominent player in the electrical industry. A family-run business with a cohesive culture, it offers opportunities for growth and development internally.
A key role within the sales and marketing team, this Business Support Officer will provide high-level administrative support to ensure seamless operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting the team in creating customized proposals and document templates
- Reviewing and editing tender and product proposals before submission
- Ensuring contracts contain accurate and detailed information
- Creating and editing visual collateral for presentations to clients, including PowerPoint presentations and booklets
- Supporting the development, preparation, and maintenance of templates for clients
- Verifying the completeness of important documentation for marketing strategies and product launches
A successful candidate will possess:
- Strong administrative skills, with a focus on task management and attention to detail
- Excellent written and presentation skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suites and advanced PowerPoint capabilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and manage competing priorities
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with a collaborative approach
We estimate the salary for this position to be around $60,000-$80,000 per annum, commensurate with experience.
