**About the role**
The Bookkeeping and Growth Officer plays a key role across a range of internal bookkeeping, data management, revenue analysis, management reporting, payroll and tax and compliance responsibilities. Reporting to the Managing Director, this role provides accurate and timely support across al areas of internal finance. The Bookkeeping and Growth Officer plays an important role in ensuring management has reliable and current information to support decision making, business planning and operations.

**About you**
You will bring your positive, can-do attitude, entrepreneurial mindset, professionalism and customer service focus and you will have:

- Tertiary qualifications in Commerce/Accounting or a related field (or working towards)
- Experience with bookkeeping and tax (particularly GST, BAS, IAS, etc.)
- Experience with AP, AR and aged debtors
- Experience in preparing and delivering management reporting
- Demonstrated critical thinking ability, particularly in relation to business planning
- Strong time management skills
- Outstanding English communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Demonstrated detail orientation
- A desire to learn from your colleagues and work together to succeed
