About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Retail Talent Acquisition Manager to join our retail recruitment team. As part of this role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment of retail management roles across our brands for a particular geographical location.



The ideal candidate will have previous experience in talent acquisition or recruitment coordination, with a strong understanding of high-volume recruitment processes. You will also possess excellent communication and influencing skills, with the ability to build relationships with hiring managers and candidates.



This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic and growing organization, with a competitive salary range of $85,000 - $110,000 per annum (dependent on experience). Key Responsibilities


  • Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent for retail management roles
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, shortlisting, interviewing, and offer extension
  • Build strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates to ensure seamless recruitment experiences
  • Collaborate with our Recruitment Coordinator to oversee store sales assistant vacancies and provide support as needed


Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:




  • Previous experience in talent acquisition or recruitment coordination
  • Strong understanding of high-volume recruitment processes
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills
  • Ability to build relationships with hiring managers and candidates
  • Proven multi-tasking capabilities and superb organizational skills
