About the Role

The Marketing Executive is responsible for the effective tactical execution of key marketing activity and campaigns to deliver the marketing objectives for the centre.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement localised marketing strategies to drive customer engagement and sales.
  2. Collaborate with the Regional Brand & Marketing Manager to develop marketing strategies and amplify the Centre's Marketing plan.
  3. Support the development of marketing materials, including event and campaign activation plans.
  4. Manage and monitor social and digital activity, reporting on performance and metrics.
  5. Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, including briefing of terms and conditions and escalating compliance and governance requirements.
  6. Manage budgets and finances, including raising purchase orders, processing invoices, and forecasting.
  7. Localise the national sustainability strategy, including relationship management and community bookings.
  8. Support centre operations, including centre walks, duty management, customer service desk assistance, and hoarding management.
  9. Prepare reports and attend meetings, including CAR Meetings and state meetings.
