Marketing Cloud Consultant Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled Marketing Cloud Consultant to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who want to work on innovative marketing solutions and drive business growth.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering best of breed solutions to clients, working closely with our team of experts to gather requirements, establish understanding of current state, define problems to be solved, and develop solutions to address these problems. The role also involves documentation, quality assurance, and presenting solutions to gain stakeholder approval.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the team to deliver high-quality solutions to clients
  • Gather requirements through discovery and co-design workshops
  • Develop solutions to address client problems
  • Document co-design and high-level solution in To-Be Solution Design
  • Present solutions to stakeholders for approval
  • Quality assure solutions delivered by the technical team
Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience in customer management
  • Strong business analysis skills
  • Excellent customer/user experience skills
  • Familiarity with multi-channel digital marketing
  • Knowledge of integration patterns and tools
  • Database management skills
  • Basic understanding of SQL, HTML, CSS, AMP Script
Desirable Certifications

While not required, certifications such as Marketing Cloud Email Specialist, Marketing Cloud Consultant, and Marketing Cloud Administrator would be beneficial.
