Senior Digital Solutions Specialist

The role of the Marketing Cloud Senior Functional Consultant is to work closely with a team of Salesforce experts to deliver cutting-edge solutions for clients. This involves working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and develop tailored solutions using Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading discovery workshops to gather requirements, establish understanding of current state, and define problems to be solved.
- Working with the team to develop solutions to address problems and document co-design and high-level solution in To-Be Solution Design.
- Presentation of solution to gain stakeholder approval.
- Quality assurance of solution delivered by technical team.
- Documenting details of final solution in As-Built Solution Design.
To perform this role successfully, you will need a solid grasp of principles for customer management, business analysis, customer/user experience, multi-channel digital marketing, integration patterns and tools, database management, and basic understanding of SQL, HTML, CSS, AMP Script.
Desirable Salesforce Certifications include Marketing Cloud Email Specialist, Marketing Cloud Consultant, Marketing Cloud Administrator, Salesforce Administrator, Data Cloud Consultant, Marketing Cloud Account Engagement Specialist, and Marketing Cloud Account Engagement Consultant.
