Job Opportunity

As a senior-level digital marketing professional, you will lead a range of creative digital projects in a collaborative and forward-focused agency environment. The role involves managing a team of digital experts to deliver innovative solutions that drive business results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and mentor a small team of digital professionals
  • Work with cross-functional teams to develop exceptional work
  • Coordinate and implement powerful performance digital media campaigns
  • Clearly communicate with clients regarding expectations, marketing performance, strategies, and timelines

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including social media, paid and organic media, and e-commerce projects. They will also have excellent project management skills and be able to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels.

Requirements:
  • Minimum of 8+ years (digital marketing) experience + leadership experience
  • Experienced in Google Analytics, SemRush, Ahrefs, Tag Manager, AdWords, SEO, Google algorithms and other search-related tools
  • Previous experience managing teams is required
  • Relevant tertiary degree
  • Exceptional problem-solving, negotiation and conflict-resolution skills
  • Highly proficient in project management and documentation
