Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned digital marketing expert to lead our CRM strategy and drive customer engagement.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing digital marketing campaigns that optimise customer lifecycle journeys and enhance personalisation and segmentation strategies.

About the Role
  • Develop and execute CRM strategy, including the management of loyalty programs.
  • Optimise customer flows to improve engagement and manage customer segmentation for personalised communication.
  • Design and implement loyalty strategies to boost customer acquisition and retention.
  • Oversee the calendar for loyalty initiatives, promotions, gifting, and events.
  • Create and launch marketing campaigns across all digital channels, including web, email, social media, and CRM to increase brand awareness, traffic, and revenue.
  • Analyse performance metrics to provide actionable recommendations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of CRM and digital marketing campaigns.
Your Skills and Qualifications
  • You have a solid understanding of fashion marketing trends to drive innovative solutions.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in digital marketing and CRM, with omnichannel retail experience preferred.
  • Familiarity with automation tools and customer segmentation strategies.
  • Strong project management skills to prioritise and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • You thrive in fast-paced environments and approach challenges with a proactive mindset.
  • Effective communication skills and a collaborative style to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Ability to translate data into actionable marketing strategies.
  • Proficiency in email campaign, customer segmentation, and analytics tools, including customer data and digital marketing platforms.
