Fuse Recruitment is seeking a skilled On-Road Motor Assessor to join our client's Claims team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for the end-to-end management of allocated claims, ensuring excellent customer service and maintaining a high level of accuracy in determining the cause of damage and scope of repair.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct thorough assessments of insured properties using virtual assessing and/or causation reports provided by our panel suppliers.
- Produce detailed reports, including determining cause, coverage, damage, and best repair methods.
- Review scope of works and provide expert reports to ensure the most cost-effective and timely method of repairs.
- Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including local authorities and third-party repairers.
- Negotiate with repairers to define the scope of work and associated costing.
- Panel Beating or Spray-Painting qualifications or equivalent experience is essential.
- Excellent computer skills are required, with training provided as needed.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment and ambition to grow with the business.
- Ability to prepare damage repair quotes and estimations.
- Background checks and proof of full working rights in Australia are required.
