About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Tender Coordinator to join our Engineering & Construction Division, supporting the National Contract Manager.

This integral position will entail working with a cohesive team who are directly impacting the business's success every day.

The role offers flexible working hours on a permanent part-time basis.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate input from subject matter experts for the effective compilation of tenders and proposals, in line with deadlines.
  • Maintain records on the server and coordinate accesses and authorities, as well as update and maintain registers.
  • Maintain tender files and audit completeness of approvals and handover.
  • Contribute to the ongoing improvement of systems.
  • Provide team administration support as required.
What We're Looking For
  • Well-developed interpersonal and verbal communication skills to ensure effective communication with all levels of stakeholders.
  • Willingness to learn, take on new challenges, and do what is required to get the job done.
  • A strong team mentality as well as the ability to work autonomously.
  • Excellent written communication skills with high attention to detail, to accurately prepare and review content.
  • Advanced skills in the use of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Adobe Acrobat Professional.
  • Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Communications, or Journalism or another related field is desirable, not essential.
  • Capability to adapt to change, work well under pressure, and persist toward goals despite obstacles.
  • Initiative to set and achieve work goals for yourself.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities.
  • Strong attention to detail, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • High level of time management and the ability to handle a fluctuating workload.
