Tenders & Proposals Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled Tenders & Proposals Coordinator to join our team at Warrikal. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the success of our tendering process.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate the preparation and submission of tenders, working closely with various stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate responses.
- Develop compelling and persuasive tender responses, incorporating technical input from subject matter experts across the business.
- Collaborate with our ECI Manager to create visually appealing tender submissions that showcase our capabilities.
- Support our Project Managers and Leads in preparing schedules, maintenance manning tenders, and budgets.
- Utilize document software to format, edit, and finalize tender submissions, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and professionalism throughout.
- Maintain a tender submission register, tracking success rates and submission losses to inform future tendering strategies.
- Develop and maintain a knowledge library to assist in future tenders, drawing on expertise from various business functions.
- Monitor and update tender management portals and CRM systems to ensure seamless communication with clients and stakeholders.
- Provide solutions and advice to prepare front-end estimating documentation, ensuring effective and efficient outcomes in the tendering process.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will require:
- A minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role, managing and maintaining tender portals, with contractor experience being essential.
- A minimum of 2 years' experience working in the mining, plant, and infrastructure industry or a related field.
- Proven experience writing tenders and proposals, with a track record of delivering polished submissions that meet high quality standards.
- Prior experience refining document formatting and enhancing content for clarity and professionalism.
- Advanced MS Office skills, including proficiency in document software.
- Experience with the use of related software tools to develop high-quality deliverables for proposals.
- Well-developed written and verbal communication skills, with a strong attention to detail.
- Organized and able to meet deadlines, with the ability to work autonomously.
