Highly Experienced Social Worker Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our East Kimberley team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining positive relationships with key stakeholders, providing 1:1 group supervision and coaching.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead a team of staff, including recruitment, induction, coaching, and supervision responsibilities
- Build capacity through delivery of focussed, flexible supports utilising the KAA Practice Framework
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders such as the Dept of Communities and other local community supports
- Provide 1:1 group supervision and coaching
- Ensure policy and procedures are adhered to, including client management system storage in a timely manner
- Necessary qualifications/trainings include youth/social work/community services or equivalent
- A minimum of five years experience working directly with children/young and families is essential
- The ability to demonstrate trauma-informed practice when working with children/young people and families is crucial
- Desirable experience includes leadership or supervisory roles
- A solid understanding of IT systems is necessary
