
Lead Community Services Specialist

The Senior Case Worker will lead the delivery of high-quality services in their region, ensuring safety and cultural responsiveness. This role involves managing staff, building community capacity, and developing positive relationships with stakeholders.
- This includes day-to-day line management, recruitment, induction, coaching, and supervision responsibilities.
- You will work closely with your team to build families' capacities through flexible support utilising the KAA Practice Framework.
- Developing, leading, and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders is crucial for success in this role.
- Providing individual and group supervision, as well as coaching, is a key aspect of this position.
- Ensuring that policies and procedures are followed, including timely storage of client information on our system.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Qualifications or training in youth, social work, or community services.
- A minimum of 5 years' experience working directly with children, young people, and families.
- Experience working in a trauma-informed way is essential.
- Leadership or supervisory experience is desirable but not necessary.
- A good understanding of IT systems is required.
