Senior Case Worker Role

The East Kimberley Support Network requires a skilled Senior Case Worker to provide high-quality, safe, and culturally responsive services. Key responsibilities include day-to-day management of staff, building capacity of families through the KAA Practice Framework, and providing coaching and supervision.

Required qualifications and skills include:

  • Qualifications in youth/social work/community services or equivalent
  • Minimum 5 years' experience working directly with children/young people and families
  • Ability to demonstrate trauma-informed practice
