We are seeking a Night Guest Service Agent to support our front office operations at a busy boutique hotel in Melbourne's CBD.

**Job Summary:**

The successful candidate will work nights from 11:00pm to 7:00am, providing efficient service for guest registrations and departures, settling accounts and managing grievances in a professional manner.

**Key Responsibilities:**
