Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced leader to manage our hotel's front office operations.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in hotel front office operations, ideally in a leadership role. They will be responsible for leading a dynamic Front Office team to deliver seamless and memorable service for every guest.

Key responsibilities include overseeing Rooms Division operations, collaborating with internal departments, and upholding OH&S standards to maintain a safe and compliant work environment.

The successful candidate will also be expected to anticipate guest needs, resolve escalated issues promptly, and ensure service excellence.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Extensive experience in hotel front office operations, ideally in a leadership role.
  • Strong skills in team development, coaching, and conflict resolution.
  • Familiarity with Hotel Property Management Systems (preferably OPERA).
  • High attention to detail and strong operational oversight.
