Director of Portfolio Governance

Job Summary
The Australian Trade and Investment Commission is seeking a highly skilled Director of Portfolio Governance to lead the Portfolio Oversight team in the STS Unit. As a key member of the Commission, you will be responsible for establishing and managing the team, ensuring effective governance, reporting, benefits measurement, and evaluation across the diverse range of STS reform projects and programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Establish and manage the Portfolio Oversight team, responsible for governance, reporting, benefits measurement, and evaluation across the STS reform projects and programs.
- Develop and implement effective ways of working across the STS Unit, Austrade, and STS partner agencies to deliver effective portfolio management.
- Lead the delivery of Portfolio Office functions, including quality assurance across STS programs and projects, providing a consistent framework for managing and measuring performance.
- Manage information to support STS portfolio governance, including developing relevant artefacts and reports.
- Oversee the monitoring and evaluation function, ensuring a consistent approach to evaluating the benefits and outcomes of current initiatives and developing a framework to monitor cross-border trade performance.
