About the Role

The Program Manager Home Care is a critical leadership position within our Home Services Team. This role is accountable for the delivery, outcomes, and performance of our Home Care portfolio, ensuring seamless service delivery and high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the Home Care team to achieve operational and strategic outcomes aligned with our organisation's vision.
  • Provide operational leadership, direction, and support for the continuous evaluation and improvement of our Home Care offerings.
  • Investigate and respond to incidents and complaints in a timely, accurate, and professional manner.
  • Foster a strong team environment committed to our Better for Life vision and values.
  • Ensure client/representative experience and service satisfaction levels meet service KPIs.
About You

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional with a degree or postgraduate qualification in nursing, healthcare, or a relevant discipline. The successful candidate will have experience in aged care health and community services, with a proven track record in developing, implementing, and evaluating clinical and care systems.

Requirements

  • Hold a current drivers licence.
  • Strong leadership skills to create a positive motivated workforce.
  • Ability to provide guidance and support to staff to achieve quality client-focused services.
  • Time management skills to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
