About the Role

The Program Manager Home Care is a key leadership position within Southern Cross Care, responsible for leading and managing the Home Care portfolio to achieve operational and strategic outcomes.

This role requires a strong leader who can provide direction, guidance, and support to the team to deliver high-quality services and supports to clients. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in managing complex programs, leading teams, and driving business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve service delivery and outcomes across the Home Care portfolio.
  • Lead and manage a team of professionals to deliver high-quality services and supports to clients.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
  • Monitor and evaluate program performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, families, and community partners.

  • A degree or postgraduate qualification in nursing, healthcare, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in managing complex programs and leading teams.

  • Ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders to achieve business outcomes.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and implement solutions.
