Program Manager Home Care Leader

The Program Manager Home Care is a key leadership position within our Home Services Team at Southern Cross Care. This role is responsible for leading and managing the delivery of Home Care services, ensuring high-quality outcomes and compliance with relevant legislative requirements.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement strategies to improve service delivery and outcomes across the Home Care portfolio.
- Provide operational leadership and direction to the team, ensuring effective management of resources and personnel.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to investigate and respond to incidents and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Develop and foster a strong team environment committed to the organisation's vision and values.
- Support the team in ensuring client/representative experience and service satisfaction levels are appropriate and within service KPIs.
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional with a strong background in aged care health and community services. The successful candidate will have a degree or postgraduate qualification in a relevant discipline, a current driver's license, and experience in developing, implementing, and evaluating clinical and care systems, processes, and practices.
The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, the ability to provide motivation and support to staff, and a passion for person-centred care. They will be able to prioritize well, manage multiple projects, and create a positive motivated workforce committed to providing contemporary best practice.
