Key Responsibilities:

As the Regional Asphalt Manager at Boral, you will lead a diverse range of departments to optimize performance outcomes. Your role will involve representing Boral Asphalt as the senior management representative in the region, developing strategic solutions for short and long-term sustainability, and managing the asphalt and spray seal operations within the region.

Your Day Will Involve:

  • Representing Boral Asphalt in the region and driving business growth
  • Developing and implementing strategic plans to achieve business objectives
  • Managing and leading HSEQ initiatives and strategies
  • Integrating with other regions and states to achieve business goals
  • Managing business elements of safety, finance, production, and customer relationships
  • Maintaining and developing strong working relationships with the regional customer base
  • Personnel management with a focus on upskilling and development

Requirements:

  • Proven leadership and management experience in the asphalt industry
  • Ability to develop and implement strategic plans to achieve business objectives
  • Experience in managing HSEQ initiatives and strategies
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
