Senior IT Coordinator Position

This role provides administrative and coordination support to the Program Director, PMO Lead, and Project Team with a focus on program financial management and reporting.

The successful candidate will be proactive in multitasking and coordinating activities with other team members and stakeholders.

  • Develop and maintain project management plans, reports, presentations, and governance documentation.
  • Maintain program risk and coordinate deliverable execution.
  • Coordinate workshop logistics, ensure contractor timesheets are entered, and reconcile third-party invoices.
  • Purchase Order Management using Excel-based spreadsheets.
  • On-board new team members, contribute to resourcing plans, and support steering committee packs preparation.

Required Skills:

  • Experience supporting complex ICT programs and projects.
  • Strong financial management skills in large-scale programs.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Microsoft Project scheduling experience and Excel competence.
  • Demonstrated project management process understanding and exceptional planning, organisation, and execution skills.

This is a 12-month contract opportunity working in an IT-based project environment. The role is based in Brisbane CBD with hybrid flexible working arrangements (2 days in office).
