Job Title: Program Operations Manager

The Program Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the operational management of a Registered Training Organisation, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation, standards and regulatory bodies.

This role leads the delivery of high-quality vocational education and training, focusing on excellent student outcomes and seamless stakeholder experiences.

The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, be able to engage productively with stakeholders, and have a deep commitment to providing exceptional learning experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Compliance and Quality Assurance: Ensuring compliance with regulatory bodies, including ASQA.
  • Leadership and Staff Management: Leading trainers and assessors in education and training delivery.
  • Training and Assessment: Overseeing accredited training programs to meet required standards.
  • Business Development: Identifying opportunities for additional courses that enhance service delivery.
  • Data Management and Reporting: Generating and distributing regular reports on student engagement and progress.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborating with stakeholders to understand learning needs and deliver targeted initiatives.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Diploma (or higher) in Education, Training or a relevant field.
  • Previous experience working with Registered Training Organisations and within the Australian Skills Quality Authority is desirable.
