Chief Operating Program Manager

This is a challenging role for an experienced and skilled professional to lead multiple aligned programs in the Technology Service Delivery Portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage, plan, direct, and coordinate activities to oversee and implement programs from initiation to final transition into operational business-as-usual management.
- Develop comprehensive program plans, including scope, schedule, resource allocation, and monitoring and controlling program progress to ensure timely delivery of milestones and deliverables.
- Lead a team to define and manage integrated program delivery plans, maintaining and monitoring baseline, tracking actual progress and costs, and forecasting future progress and expenditure.
- Establish effective governance arrangements for projects and initiatives, collaborating with peers and stakeholders.
The successful candidate will have strong leadership and management skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. They will also have experience in project management and coordination.
