Job Description

Job Title: Software Trainer

Job Summary: We are seeking a talented and passionate trainer to lead the way in delivering training on our next-generation software solution. As our Trainer, you will be responsible for understanding our products in detail, as well as the context, requirements, and learning needs of our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver training sessions to employees, partners, and customers
  • Ensure that all training attendees walk away with a firm grasp of our software and how best to use it
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify training needs and develop training plans
  • Continuously evaluate and improve training programs to meet the evolving needs of our customers

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in systems training on complex software applications
  • Excellent communication and technical skills
  • Ability to manage own day-to-day tasks and prioritize multiple projects
  • Passion for delivering high-quality training experiences
