About the Role

In this exciting opportunity as an AI Product Trainer, you will play a key role in developing and implementing strategies to drive product adoption and maximize usage of our generative AI software.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement customized training programs to onboard and train customers on our software.
  • Schedule regular client meetings to ensure customer training needs are being met, including offering tailored training programs.
  • Provide support to customers by responding to research queries and addressing any concerns they may have.

About You

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced individual who has a strong background in training and customer interaction. The ideal candidate will have:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and internal stakeholders.
