As a Clinical Systems Trainer, you will play a critical role in training and supporting clinical users of electronic medical records and other Clinical Information Systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Training and Support: Develop and deliver training programs to clinical staff on the use of clinical information systems, ensuring they have the necessary skills to provide high-quality patient care.
  • Application Support: Provide technical support to clinical staff on the use of clinical information systems, troubleshooting issues and resolving problems in a timely manner.
  • Business Outcomes: Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs and develop training programs that meet those needs, contributing to the achievement of business and clinical outcomes.
  • Continuous Improvement: Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in clinical information systems and technology, applying this knowledge to improve training programs and services.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including clinical staff, managers, and other healthcare professionals.
Requirements
  • Qualifications: Certificate IV in Workplace Training and Assessment or qualifications in Pharmacy, Nursing, Health Sciences, or equivalent.
  • Experience: Proven experience in training and supporting clinical staff on the use of clinical information systems.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clinical staff and other stakeholders.
  • Technical Skills: High-level proficiency in the use of clinical information systems and Microsoft applications, with the ability to learn new software applications quickly.
