About the RoleThe Case Manager will work closely with families, partners and stakeholders to provide an integrated response to support Aboriginal children and families in need. The role involves empowering families to share their story through culturally appropriate and trauma informed engagement.

- Qualifications in a relevant field such as social work or community services
- Minimum 4 years industry experience
- Experience working with Aboriginal families and children
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and support families in a timely manner using strengths-based approaches. They will also be able to complete comprehensive assessments and formulate interventions to respond to the needs of families.
