Make a Difference with Aboriginal Community Engagement

As an Advanced Case Manager, you will work closely with the Victorian Aboriginal Community to provide culturally appropriate support and rehabilitation. This role is critical in helping us achieve our goal of reducing the overrepresentation of Aboriginal people within the justice system.

Key responsibilities include managing a caseload of predominantly Aboriginal offenders, assessing and developing cultural support plans, and providing advice to senior management on case management best practices.

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication skills, have a strong understanding of the Victorian Aboriginal Community, and be able to effectively manage complex cases.
